More about VRValues
VRValues.com takes pleasure in presenting
a simple and reliable method to carry out big selections in the different
racetracks. It is an exclusive development that allows to arrange and
qualify rapidly the different participants assigning the probabilities of
victory to each of them.
The VRValues (Virtual and Relative Values)
are calculated essentially in two concepts. The virtual part is calculated in
base to the previous performances for all horses and the relative part is
obtained comparing the time (Condition of the race, weight) of each horse
in such race versus the average time of the track. According to this a classic
performance is close to 95%, a medium performance is close to 100% and a
poor performance is over 100%. Everything is based on the values assigned to
each presentation, which are re-calculated to the weight assigned to the
competition of reference. Thus we have the props of each one of the
participants according to the weight that corresponded to it in this
competition
With the historical information from the VRV-Values
generated by every participant we have created the VRV-level and the
VRV-order. The first one refers to the capacity of the element granting the
letter A to those of major aptitude and to that of minor the letter E (when it
exists a competitor without precedents in the base we use the letter Z). The
second one refers to the final position of the competitor in the race
according to the precedents of each one of them (in case of competitors
without precedents we use the order 99). Both conjugate to realize the
VRV-Qualy, which determines the possibility of victory according to the
historical statistics of each one of them. In addition, we have the VRV-Bonus,
which indicates with the sign + the competitors who usually give what is
waited and with the sign - to those who do not usually achieve whatis expected in its
productions.
Though the idea is to facilitate the task
of the bettors there exist some factors that were left to the consideration of
the same one, with the idea of that the VRV is a guide and not an imposition.
We usually make the selections guided by these factors: Race time, Track & race
condition, Type of track, Racetrack, Lengths to the first one, Weight loaded
in every presentation. We have also a jockey and trainer qualification (A thru
E, A the best, E the worse), obviously A people won more races than E people
but in the VRV-Qualy this is not introduced. Other factors like Pedigree, Race
distance, Time between races must be considerated for the user.
Note. Variations of weight with
regard to the official program will exist undoubtedly in the values
before mentioned. The VRV-Bonus supports his value without modifications and
unfortunately, the VRV - Qualy cannot be re-calculated in the
moment.
Tips
We offer some advices to increase your
income:
- Generally the races are winned by
onee of the horses within the first 3 positions, eventually the 4 and 5, and
very rarely by those above 7.
- It is not strange to see horses with in position
4 and 5 in the second place.
- If there are many horses with level A
and B, this means that the race is very equal being recommended to discard
no competitor in these levels.
- The horses with level D and E are
slightly likely to win until they have a few races in the VRV-base or possess a
very low position.
- You must seriously considerate jockey
and trainers 'A' in horses without records in our database.
- Jockey and trainers 'A' occasionally
won some races in orders up to 5, 100% up to 'E' people.
- If the VRV-bonus is positive to give
attention to the horses with a position higher than 3.
- If the VRV-bonus is negative it is not recommendable to bet
on horses with higher than position 3.
The VRV-Bonus effect
A good horse must be + because a good
horse is one that wins when it has a race to win while a poor horse loses
when he has a good horse as a contender even if this one isnt the best horse.
That happens because they are horses with a great heart and they really want to be a
winner and others dont feel the same.
The VRV-Bonus + raises the probability to
win in average value of 15% while the - drops this possibility in average
13%. A positive horse in front to non positive horses raises his possibilities
in 25% while a negative horse between positive horses drops his possibilities
in 20%.
John's formula
In many races with a full study you can
find other horses with interesting performances, that happen for many
reasons, such as: track condition, distance, return to the tracks, surface, etc. One
of our customers developed his own formula:
QUALY LEVEL + QUALY ORDER
+ LAST 10 LEVEL = TOTAL POINTS (level letters have this values: A=1, B=2, C=3,
D=5, E=8)
It appears that the bigger the track, the more the "+" and
"-" means something. At the smaller tracks, you seem to be better off just
ignoring them.
Then, for main tracks, "+" = multiply total points x
.25 (-75% of the total points) and "-" = multiply total points x 1.75 (+75% of
the total score). A "+" would make 10 points a final number of 2.5 and A "-"
would make 10 points a final number of 17.5
Low score is better. This
is a sample, anyone can have his own method with our theory.
Quick Bets
The vrv method is so useful in order to
determine which are the horses of the race. Typically without further studies,
we suggest to bet in exacta the 3 selections box. For trifecta 3's first at
1st place, 4's first to second and 5's first to third. Or for superfecta I add
5's first to fourth place.
